David Dewulf

David Dewulf is a doctor and has completed dozens of courses here and abroad in the area of Life Coaching, personal development, Mind/Body and Mindfulness. He gave several lectures on Harvard postgraduate courses. He is the founder and chairman of the Instituut voor Aandacht en Mindfulness (www.aandacht.be) and Mind/Body Medicine (www.mindbody.be). He brought MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy) to Belgium; this is the mindfulness training that is used to prevent depression. He works together with UZ Gent and K.U.Leuven on scientific research. He is the author of several publications, including ‘Mindfulness, een pad van vrijheid’ (2007, Acco) and ‘Mindfulness werkboek’ (2008, Roularta).
Ann Vansteenwinckel
Ann Vansteenwinckel is a clinical and developmental psychologist. Her basic experience in cognitive behavioural therapy has been complemented by a wide range of different courses and training programmes in the commercial area and in the field of complementary health care, personal growth and awareness enhancement. She has built up more than 15 years’ experience in assessment and development centres, personal coaching, competency management and within the broader HRM world, both within companies (including Thomas Cook) and the consultancy world (including De Witte en Morel, Dip Consultancy). She is currently running her own practice as a mind-body psychotherapist and as a senior consultant gives commercial advice to various different companies.
Inge Thijs
After obtaining her Master’s in Organisational Psychology at the K.U.Leuven in 1991, Inge Thijs built up her business experience in the marketing research unit of an American multinational and as a personnel consultant for a major Belgian bank. She has since obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Studies. In addition, she has broadened her knowledge over the years by following various business training courses on communication skills, group dynamics, change management, coaching, leadership, personal effectiveness and time management, selection and development centre techniques. At the same time she has developed her skills in facilitating and coaching groups through complex change processes. Non-judgmental attention or Mindfulness as an attitude towards life is central to her approach as a therapeutic coach and trainer in stress management and constructive thinking.
Dierickx Christophe

Christophe est psychologue et psychotérapeute. Il est attaché expert psychologue pour une prison, collaborateur externe pour une université, il anime des formations et propose des consultations privées. Il a un intérêt plus particulier pour l'entretien motivationnel, la pleine conscience/mindfulness et la thérapie d'acceptation et d'engagement (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - ACT). Il s'est formé à ces approches en France, Belgique, Hollande et Suisse. Au travers de ces approches, il est passionné par l'idée de pouvoir développer la capacité de tout un chacun à vivre en pleine conscience et en fonction des ses valeurs personnelles.
