Training programme
Content
In the MINDFOCUS training programme, the principles of Mindfulness are translated into commercial life. We each draw up our own MINDFOCUS PLAN. In it we specify which aspects of the training have held most of our attention and what we intend to do to integrate these points in our daily life.
Duration
The MINDFOCUS core programme is offered in different modules
• 7 sessions of 3 hours.
• 5 sessions of 3 hours (brief training).
• The residential training programme (several days).
Number of participants
In order to be able to guarantee the quality of our training sessions and to stimulate interactivity, the number of participants in a MINDFOCUS training programme is limited to 20.
