Mindfocus introductory workshop
The MINDFOCUS introductory workshop is a combination of theory and practice. First the principles of Mindfulness are explained and an overview is given of the key elements of the MINDFOCUS training program.
Then we proceed to a few practical exercises:
• Making contact with the here and now: the power of attention.
• Stress and stress response: an attention-oriented approach.
• Insight into the interaction between mind and body: the build-up of stress.

Duration
A MINDFOCUS workshop lasts 2.5 hours.
A MINDFOCUS lecture lasts 1.5 hours.

Number of participants
Thirty people can take part in a workshop.
Two hundred people can attend a lecture.
